- three egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 buttery spherical crackers
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- Crumble crackers finely in blending bowl and add pecans. In another bowl, add 1/2 cup sugar to crushed egg whites slowly and beat till very stiff. Add closing half cup sugar slowly. Add vanilla. Fold this mixture into crackers and nuts.
- Spoon onto gently greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F (175 levels C) until mild brown.
Notes :
